Julius interviews Cristina Barreto, member of Organización Nacional de Ciegos Españoles, on the current situation of visually impaired people in Spain. In the second half of 2023, Spain will overtake the presidency of the Council of the European Union. Cristina explains how this will help the Spanish organizations for persons with disabilities to achieve their goals. At the same time, she also discusses the introduction of the new European Disability Card.
